  1. Business Development

    At Aero Rubber Company, Inc. we value the desire to succeed, providing a great customer experience and supporting our teams. As a business development professional at Aero you’ll receive in-depth training on our rubber products, so you can actively identify new targets and establish new business from inception through to final sale. To succeed you’ll need to evaluate opportunities, build relationships and develop leads with the support of targeted marketing campaigns. You’ll call on qualified targets, provide technical sales consultations, develop quotes and provide outstanding customer service to ensure loyal customers. Throughout the entire process you’ll track your leads with our CRM system and report on your results. This is an inside non-commissioned position; it is not a telemarketing position.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years minimum successful B2B development and industrial sales experience
    • Prior consultative sales and relationship building (not catalog sales)
    • Proven track record of achieving results
    • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication and listening skills
    • ISO and/or quality system experience a plus

  2. Consultative Sales Engineer

    Consultative Sales Engineer

    Aero Rubber Company, Inc. is expanding our current sales staff and looking for two consultative sales engineers to assist in growing our custom rubber part business.  The first position is for our Specialty Custom Parts Division and the second for our Industrial Rubber Band Division.  Each is a 95% inside non-commission position, salaried with potential performance bonus. Aero sales engineers focus on new and existing customers to clearly understand their needs and quote to the customer’s requirements.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years minimum successful B2B industrial sales experience
    • Consultative sales experience is a requirement (not catalog sales)
    • Rubber sales experience is a plus (custom molded, extruded & fabricated parts)
    • ISO and/or QS quality system experience a plus
    • Ability to work closely with production & quality control staff

    Due to our rapid growth and expansion, Tinley Park industrial mfg. Sales office seeks exp’d, detail-oriented Sales Assistant for full-time position. A Sales Assistant at Aero Rubber Company does both sales secretarial & customer service functions. This is a very diversified position in our FAST-PACED office. The ideal candidate must be HIGHLY MOTIVATED.  Repeat customer & supplier contact. No telemarketing, no cold calling req’d. Competitive salary & benefit pkg.

    • Strong organizational & communication skills
