Industrial Sales Engineer

Manufacturing company seeks a proactive, hard-working individual with at least 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales of industrial products (non-chemical). This inside, consultative sales position will focus on new and existing product sales development. This sales role targets users to discover if their current and future product needs match those of Aero’s product features. Successful candidates should also have experience working with vendors to produce competitive quotes. Excellent salary and benefits package with annual performance bonus potential.

Consultative Sales Engineer

Custom Rubber Parts

Manufacturing company seeks to enlarge our sales staff with a proactive, hard-working individual with at least 3-5 years of successful B2B industrial sales experience. Rubber sales experience (molded, extruded and fabricated parts) is a plus. Aero will provide the necessary technical rubber training. This inside, consultative sales position will focus on new and existing customers to clearly understand their needs and guide them to the rubber part to meet those needs. Successful candidates should also have experience working with vendors in order to produce competitive quotes. ISO and/or QS quality system experience is a benefit. Excellent salary and benefits package with annual performance bonus potential. We will also offer a relocation package.
